To buy a server you press on the purchase button on one of our plans. You then create a user on our client panel where you finalize the purchase and pay through the available payment gateways. The order processing may take up to 24hrs (normally ~5 minutes) depending on the payment processor.

We offer free trials for 2 hours for any of our plans! That means you can pick any of our plans and test it out for 2 hours, and check if you want to buy it or not. We sadly don't support any free tiers longer then 2 hours because of our low-cost plans are not able to cover the expenses of services.

We don't restrict you from running any sort of modpack on our servers, though you may be resource restricted depending on your chosen plan. The amount of ram necessary to maintain a smooth experience for the modpack is very dependent on the modpack's size. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to open a ticket in our discord!

We operate servers in southern Germany to ensure a low ping for our european customers. The specific ping will vary from user to user, but we aim to have the lowest ping possible.

We continue to monitor and look for areas to expand into. This process takes time to ensure our prices stay low and affordable. In the future we aim to have servers in multiple places around the world including Norway, USA, Australia to make a diverse and accessible for everyone.
